Located in Ph\u00fa La Ward, H\u00e0 \u0110\u00f4ng District, the project redevelops the existing V\u0103n La residential area across an 11.4-hectare site<\/strong>, turning it into a contemporary mixed-use community designed to meet international five-star living standards while while aiming to incorporate sustainable design principles aligned with international green building standards.<\/p>\n SG Consultants<\/strong> was commissioned as architecture designer to refine the architectural language of the development. The design introduces a balanced composition of high-rise residential towers, low-rise housing clusters and integrated community facilities, shaping a neighbourhood that combines urban density with human-scale living environments.<\/p>\n At the centre of the design vision is the concept of \u201cAn Ecopath Through the City,\u201d<\/strong> a landscape-driven strategy that connects residential clusters, public amenities and communal spaces through a network of green corridors and pedestrian routes.
