Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for developer Pinnacle International, the residential supertall is set to reach approximately 351.85 metres, cementing its place as Canada\u2019s tallest skyscraper.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.dezeen.com\/uploads\/2025\/12\/skytower-100-storeys-dezeen-col-852x568.jpg\" alt=\"Skytower construction\" width=\"941\" height=\"627\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Described as a \u201c12-sided jewel,\u201d the tower features a glazed, tapered form with chamfered corners and a subtly sloping fa\u00e7ade. Balconies on one side create a vent-like rhythm, while the geometric design helps reflect light differently depending on the viewer\u2019s angle. The form also supports wind resistance against strong Lake Ontario gusts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.skyrisecities.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/articles\/2025\/05\/58570\/58570-183756.jpeg\" alt=\"SkyTower at Pinnacle One Yonge, Toronto, designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for Pinnacle International\" width=\"912\" height=\"1369\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Located in Toronto\u2019s rapidly transforming Harbourfront district, SkyTower acts as a sculptural landmark at the start of a major arterial road. Its upper-level amenities sit around the same elevation as the CN Tower\u2019s observation deck, symbolically aligning two defining skyline icons.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.dezeen.com\/uploads\/2025\/12\/skytower-image-scaled.jpg\" width=\"914\" height=\"1367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Part of the larger Pinnacle One development, the tower will house residences, a hotel, and amenities including a restaurant on the 106th floor.
