Serene Gardens residential area, developed by SJ Group, with architectural and landscape design by SG Consultants, is honored to be named the Winner of the Asia Pacific Property Awards in the category of Mixed-Use Architecture.
Located in Phú La Ward, Hà Đông District, the project redevelops the existing Văn La residential area across an 11.4-hectare site, turning it into a contemporary mixed-use community designed to meet international five-star living standards while while aiming to incorporate sustainable design principles aligned with international green building standards.
SG Consultants was commissioned as architecture designer to refine the architectural language of the development. The design introduces a balanced composition of high-rise residential towers, low-rise housing clusters and integrated community facilities, shaping a neighbourhood that combines urban density with human-scale living environments.
At the centre of the design vision is the concept of “An Ecopath Through the City,” a landscape-driven strategy that connects residential clusters, public amenities and communal spaces through a network of green corridors and pedestrian routes. The approach strengthens walkability while embedding nature into the daily experience of the neighbourhood.
