Rising along the dramatic coastline of Nha Trang, Sanhome – Vega City introduces a new architectural presence on the city’s waterfront skyline. Designed by SG Consultants, the project has been recognised as an Award Winner at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, celebrating its contribution to the evolving leisure and tourism landscape of the region.
The development occupies a prime oceanfront site within the Champama Resort & Spa precinct in Vĩnh Hòa and forms part of the broader Vega City coastal destination. Designed as a high-rise leisure residential complex, the project comprises two towers integrating condotel and residential functions, rising to approximately 30 storeys and establishing a distinctive landmark along the coastline.
Within the wider Vega City ecosystem — which includes beachfront promenades, retail streets, entertainment venues and marina activities — the architecture responds to the dynamic seaside environment while supporting a lifestyle centred around tourism, recreation and coastal living.
By combining residential spaces with resort-style amenities and public waterfront experiences, the project contributes to the vision of Vega City as a vibrant destination where urban life and seaside leisure converge.
